Hi Mukti,
As per the regulations mutilation of any body part is acceptable till the time it does not affect any normal operation of the aircraft. It includes operations in normal and adverse weather conditions as well.
So, it actually depends on what is the extent of damage that you have done to your finger. I would suggest you to meet any class 1 medical doctor approved by DGCA and take proper advise on this. You can find the list of such doctors on DGCA webpage.
http://www.dgca.nic.in
Follow this link and then hit the "medical" tab to find the list of doctors.
Any other query you may further comment.
Good luck.

When it comes to eyesight, the norm these days is that the candidate should have perfect eyesight (6/6) for at least one eye. And for the other eye, imperfection of up to (6/9) is allowed. But the imperfection must be a correctable one, correctable to (6/6).
This is a strict criteria. Regards.

As long as your vision can be corrected to 20/20 with glasses or contacts, you will be eligible for a 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate, which makes you eligible to fly as a civilian professional pilot. Hello Aniket, Eligibility for schools for flying training is 10+2 with PCM. If you have taken admission in Diploma after 12th then you are definitely eligible. Else convince the flying school that Diploma is equivalent to 12th. (IIT's have this!).
