You must complete class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 percent marks in maths and physics. You must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for a Student Pilot License, 17 for a Private Pilot License, and 18 for a Commercial Pilot License. Alternatively, you could directly enrol for the Private Pilot License once you have cleared class XII and are 17 years old. No, I am very sorry to say but you cannot. There are certain standards and rules which you must follow when you are applying to a university or college, you cannot jump from one course to another without a process. If you were interested in astronomy you should have thought about this earlier. The only option for you is to start your Bachelor's degree again but only if you had science in class 12th. If you do not have the slightest of the education background required you have no chance but to see open learning online programs like EdX, CourseEra, etc.

It matters that you must have completed your 11th and 12th in science field. Physics is a must subject. Your current degree does't matter. Your 12th boards result must be above 55% specifically in physics (above 55 out of 100) and in maths (above 55 out of 100).
