The answer is no. Getting an aviation degree or going to an aviation college is not a requirement to become an airline pilot. In fact, major airlines accept any and all Bachelor fields and aren't the least bit concerned with what you studied in college.

I know quite a few colleagues of mine who wear glasses. So, these pilots are definitely allowed. But there are certain limits which govern the usage of glasses. Hence, for the first question the answer is No, you don't need to have perfect vision. However, you are required to have a certain standard to become an airline pilot, as you have to pass the requirements for a Class 1 medical. These standards can vary from country to country but here we'll stick to the DGCA India regulations. So, the minimum requirement for a class 1 Medical is 6/6 vision. Now you need to understand what is 6/6 vision.

1. Fighter Pilot:
You can join Indian Air Force as a fighter pilot through four ways. NDA (National Defense Academy):
One can join NDA after completing +2 with Physics and Maths compulsory.
2. CDS Examination:
This exam also is conducted by UPSC for those who are in final year or completed their final year of graduation from a recognised university and Maths and Physics passed in +2.
3. AFCAT Entry:
This entry opens up for the applicants who completed their graduation from any recognised university or are in final year with Physics and math passed in +2.
4. NCC Special Entry:
NCC Special entry is applicable only for senior air wing 'C' Cert

Yes you can become a pilot after completing graduation in
NDA (National Defense Academy):
One can join NDA after completing +2 with Physics and Maths compulsory.

What is the procedure and list of exams we have to clear under DGCA to become a pilot? (Currently engineering student)
What are the process to become a pilot? As you didn't described that whether you want to become an airline pilot or fighter pilot. So I am going to give the process for both fields pilot.

The fee at GFTS bangalore for Training for commercial Pilot's license is as followed.
Rs 100000 to be paid at the time of admission. Rs 1000 per hour for registered students and Rs 1500 per hour for unregistered students.
