You can join Indian Air Force as a fighter pilot through four ways. NDA (National Defense Academy):
One can join NDA after completing +2 with Physics and Maths compulsory.
2. CDS Examination:
This exam also is conducted by UPSC for those who are in final year or completed their final year of graduation from a recognised university and Maths and Physics passed in +2.
3. AFCAT Entry:
This entry opens up for the applicants who completed their graduation from any recognised university or are in final year with Physics and math passed in +2.
4. NCC Special Entry:
NCC Special entry is applicable only for senior air wing 'C' Cert

What are the process to become a pilot? As you didn't described that whether you want to become an airline pilot or fighter pilot. So I am going to give the process for both fields pilot.
