SPL: Student pilot license is the basic step to start a career/
PPL: Private Pilot License can be obtained by 60 hours of flying (with trainer and individual flying).
CPL: commercial pilot license can be obtained by 190 hours of flying.

Student Pilot License is a very basic license with which one can actually pilot the aircraft. To acquire Commercial Pilot License, according to DGCA requirements the candidate has to do minimum of 200 hours of flying training and, so to fulfil this requirement, SPL is the very first step which can lead the candidate to a flourishing Commercial Pilot.

Get the complete details of the exam - https://www.eduncle.com/rrb-assistant-loco-pilot-recruitment-exam The total number of vacancies for the post RRB ALP and Technician Categories are 26502. The online registration for RRB ALP has been started and the last date to fill the form is 5th March 2018.
