Experienced pilot on international route can get 5-6 lakh Rupees per month as salary. To be come a pilot, aspirants need to join Air flying schools after completion of 10+2, they should pass the 10+2 exam with physic, chemistry, math. Minimum marks should be 50%.

Yes, you can definitely become a pilot after completing B.Tech. There are many Pilot School. You can take details from them. My suggestion is after completing B.tech, you can also be able to join Merchant Navy.

Of course you can do pilot's course. You intend to become commercial pilot or in armed forces? For later please appear for CDS exam of UPSC. For commercial pilot, you need to join flying school. That's all.

Yes, you can opt for BE mechanical after diploma in mechanical but you can't become pilot through BE mechanical, you need to opt for separate pilot training course.
