If you are planning to become a commercial pilot you may enroll into a flying club. You must have completed 10+2 with PCM stream, your grades are good. Read this article for more details

Contrary to what you are saying, commercial airlines in India are forced to employ pilots from abroad. With a large number of aircrafts to be inducted, the requirement of pilots is bound to increase. Flying school in Rai Barreily is the best.
