You have to complete your CPL, then you will be allowed to join IAF.
Possessing a CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence) is an added advantage. But, in order to join IAF, even CPL holders have to go through tough selection procedure that consists of written test, SSB (Services Selection Board) interview, medical examination, etc.
A candidate must have at least a graduation degree from a recognized university (3 year or 4 year graduation course). He/she must have undergone class 12th from science stream with physics, chemistry and mathematics as the main subjects. (This is also mandatory for CPL training).

You should be medically fit to pursue a pilot course. Your eyes should be 6/6, height, weight, etc.

There is no flying club in Delhi for commercial pilot training.

The qualification needed to become a pilot is class 12th with physics and mathematics with 50% marks. As you have mentioned that you are doing Diploma, then you are not eligible, but if you can complete your class 12th through open schooling like NIOS with Physics and mathematics as main subjects, then you can go for the same.
The next step will be your medical, which you will have to go through before enrolling to any flying club.

1. Commercial helicopter pilot: You can become commercial helicopter pilot by joining helicopter pilot training schools. First, you have to learn flying and earn commercial helicopter pilot license.
Below mentioned are the basic eligibility criteria to become commercial helicopter pilot:
I. You should have completed class 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics as your major subjects.
II. You must have scored 50% marks in above mentioned education.
The course duration is approximately 18 months for Commercial Helicopter Pilot's Licence (CHPL) and 6 months for Private
