Give entrance examination for the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy to get admission in the best aviation college of India. A fully central government institution under Ministry. You need to crack the written examination and then undergo viva and virtual test. After qualifying all these you will be guaranteed a seat in IGRUA. After getting admitted in IGRUA you can be called a certified pilot of India.
