Apart from Bank Loan, there is no other way out. You may see if OBC/SC/ST Commissions are funding if you are one of them.

If that Diploma is equivalent to Class 12th, and you have scored 50% marks aggregate, then you can go ahead for CPL Training.
Refer to DGCA CAR for Civil Air Crew for more details. You can find it on Google.

Money doesn't matter unless you get brain and merit. There are loads of scholarships for a deserving and talented student. For getting admission in IGRUA you need to give the entrance examination, as you have mentioned your marks you are eligible to give the entrance. The entrance comprises of a written exam where PCB is the main subjects along with GK and English. Then comes interview where mostly Aerodynamics is asked. After that there is test where you have to use a joystick and drive a video plane. It is quite fun. After admitted you will receive scholarships so you can easily study there. It is better to join a cadet programme rather than a flying school because in a flying school only CPL is provided at the cost of 30 to 35 lakhs rupees and after that a type rating is required which will cost another 30 to 35 lakhs rupees and it has to be done abroad as no flying school in India can type rate you. Also, there is no job guarantee. While in cadet programmes you are there responsibility, all your expense are taken by them and there is job security.

Well, the demand is currently very low, and the aviation industry, in general, has not performed well compared to previous financial years. So, I don't think new pilots would get a good opportunity, especially since the pilots from JET airways are being taken by other airlines.

Yes, of Course. Leave graduation aside, even you are 10+2 in Science stream, you are eligible to become a Pilot. So, you have already completed your graduation by the time you join the course, so it will not make much difference, you only have to pass one exam which will not be a big deal for you as its not next level exam. But you would have to be below 30 years of age.
