You can be a pilot regardless of your stream in class 12th, you just to pass Physics and Maths in class 12th, in case you did not have these subjects in class 12th you will have to apply to National School of Open Learning and appear for an exam and get a passing certificate for the particular subject. In your case you had Physics, but not Maths, so to be able to be eligible for Commercial Pilot License course you will need to clear a math exam from NIOS first.

Yes, you can become commercial pilot for this you have to do a course and obtain commercial pilot license, the salary for commercial pilot is very good something about 12-15 Lacs per annum.

There is a cool off period of 6 months, if you fail entrance test after which you can apply again for next intake. If you fail twice then I'm afraid you won't be eligible again.
