Dear,
What kind of pilot do you want to be? If you want to fly commercial flights initially then you need to take CPL to just learn and understand flying and for the joy you may take PPL.

CPL duration is not declared or precise as it is dependant on the infrastructure of flying school, geographical location, availability of navigational aids, serviceable aircrafts, instructors, weather etc.
Hence no flying school can declare the duration of CPL. As it requires 200hours of flying to be completed.
Generally it taken 8-10 months to get 200hrs of flying done if it is uninterrupted. Therefore you can expect CPL license to be issued in 1years time provided you clear your CPL issue exams conducted by DGCA parallel to the flying.

The fee structure is not mentioned on the official website of the institute.
Aviation is a dynamic field. It is mainly dependent on the crude oil price.Right now the crude oil price is low about 50-60 Usd per barrel. All the airlines are making some profit. As a result airlines can afford to expand their fleet size and hire more pilots. If the crude price goes upto 100 Usd like it was before few years. The airlines won't be able to make the same profit. So they will start cost cutting. Cost cutting means no more expansion and no more hiring. You should complete your course at such a time when the crude oil prices are low. If

Minimum duration is 1 year for CPL.
200 flying hours can be done in approximately 3-months.

The minimum fee for CPL starts from 20 Lakhs.
Every academy has different fees.
