For getting a job in airline you will have to go through the selection procedure of the airline. It comprises of Technical Exam, GD, PI, Simulator check and Medicals. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. Yes, you can fly commercially as a pilot for any of those operators mentioned in your question.
But, you need to understand that the eligibility is class 12th with PCM. If you have done your Diploma in place of class 12th, then I am sorry you won't be able to do CPL Training.

For pursuing CPL the only compulsory educational requirement is 12th with PCM. 50% marks are the minimum required in the combination. B.Sc or any other graduation for that matter is not required. You can although do your graduation, it shall be an additional qualification and shall not be counted for CPL.

Hi,
It will cost you anywhere between 40,000 to 120,000 to train as a commercial pilot. The cost depends on which flight school you are trained at, and the type of training you do. The majority of airlines currently require the student to pay the cost of training. A full time commercial flight training course (known as an integrated course) completed at a European flight school will cost upwards of INR 80,000 to around INR 120,000. Part time training, or a course completed at a various flight training organizations (known as modular training) will start at around INR 40,000 to INR 60,000.

There is no such specific format. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2. Interested candidates can apply online with required information. Candidates must submit a Medical certificate from MBBS Doctor.
