Airlines and other air operators keep coming up with vacancies from time to time for hiring pilots. After completion of CPL, you will have to keep following all such notifications and apply to those for which you satisfy the eligibility. Then, you will have to go through the selection procedure and after clearing that you will get a Pilot's job. Vacancies are announced as per the requirement of the recruiting airline, so there is no specific schedule or calendar for that.

Reasoning, Geography and GK is not a compulsory requirement along with PCM to become a pilot. Aviation subjects for pilots are as under:
1. Air Navigation
2. Aviation Meteorology
3. Air Regulations
4. Aviation Technical
5. Aircraft Specific
6. Radio Telephony
They will be taught to you in the flying school and you will have to get through the DGCA exams for all of them to get the CPL issued.

No, Commercial Pilot Training has got no connection with B.Sc Aviation. Both of them are very different.
CPL is a professional Training and B.Sc Aviation is a graduation degree course.

Both the profiles are very good and different in their prospects. It depends on your own personal interest, if you are interested in humanitarian jobs you can become a cabin crew. And if you like some technical jobs than you should go for pilot Training. Also refer your pocket before deciding. Both of them are very different in terms of training cost.

If you belong to the reserved category like OBC/SC/ST then you can contact your community commission. They have schemes and provide freeship and scholarships to candidates belonging to their community. You may also do 'C' Certificate of Air Wing, it will help you in getting 40 hours of free-flying from any government flying club. Otherwise, the last resort is a loan from banks which almost everyone does
