Hello,
Private License although it has got its own privileges and yes you can fly an aircraft after getting that. But, if you think of a job after PPL then it's next to impossible. No jobs are available for PPL holders, it is just an intermediate stage before CPL. All the best.

Jobs for fresh pilots is not very easy. Airlines come up with vacancies from time to time and then the selection procedure starts. Usually the selection procedure includes Written Exam (Technical), followed by Compass Test / Psychometry, followed by Group Task / Discussion, followed by Interview. And the final stage is Company Medical. In some recruitment drives Simulator Test is also a part of the selection procedure.
