Pilot Training

There is no fixed duration for CPL Training. Although institutions who are offering this training may mention some duration for the satisfaction of the candidates. It depends on various factors and requisites which are required for issue of CPL. As soon as you complete all the requirements you can get your CPL issued and become a pilot.
I know people who have completed their CPL in just 6 months and some others who took 4 years for the same.
The following requirements need to be completed as per DGCA for any CPL aspirant :
1. Age 18Years.
2. DGCA exams for the following subjects - Air Navigation, Aviation Technical, Technical Specific, Aviation Meteorology and Air Regulations.
3. Issue of RTR License from WPC India.
4. 200 Hrs of flying experience, with all the requirements for issue of CPL.
5. Class 1 Medical.
Once a candidate attains all these, he can apply to DGCA for issue of CPL.
CPL issue requires one month of time from DGCA.
DGCA conducts exams for CPL aspirants at every 3 months. You can appear for all 5 of them at one time or can do it one by one. The choice is on the candidate.
Flying of 200 hrs requires 4-5 months of time if done on regular basis. But usually in India it take 9-10 months of time for 200 hrs.
The delay is due to Weather, Aircraft availability, Instructor's availability, Instruments Facilities etc.
The fee for the complete Training is approximately INR 30 Lakhs.

5. Aircraft Specific
6. Radio Telephony

For preparation, flying club will help you or there are private instructors available in metro cities as well. You will fly for 200Hrs + Clear DGCA and WPC exams + Clear Class 1st medical, then you shall get your CPL. The next license is ATPL, which you shall be able to apply for once. You will then have to probably fund or self-sponsor your type rating on whatever fleet you are selected in an airline. Then, you finally get a job as a pilot. It might cost you around Rs.18-20 Lacs for flying + DGCA exams Rs.500/- each exam + Medicals for Rs.10, 000 + endorsements and license issue fees around Rs.25k + Type Rating around Rs.15 Lacs. So, decide wisely before you enter the field.

The minimum educational qualification required to become a cabin crew is 12th. In general Candidate Profile for Freshers for cabin crew is as under :
Age:Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height:Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight:In proportion to height
Educational Qualification:HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features:Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Status:Unmarried
Language skills:Fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in a foreign language will be an added advantage. Interactive skills:Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
Nationality:Indian citizens only
Passport:Must possess a valid Indian passport or should have applied for a passport
Mandatory Documentation :Must possess a Pan Card and Aadhaar Card
So that becomes very clear that it merely requires some grooming to get the job of a cabin crew. They don't demand much from candidates. You should be interpersonal sound and capable to handle people from different cultures. Cabin crew is the face of the airline. Coz they face the passengers for the first time. Foreign languages like German, French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese, Can allow you to get an edge over others. As this allows the airline to roster you on routes where such languages are spoken.

Placements: In AME course, none of the institutes provides placement. You have to create your resume and apply everywhere. You get the call for the interview, and your performance decides your job percentage. After the completion of 2.5 years, you have to get the job training with your self-expenses. After that, you will be eligible for the job, and at that time, your course was complete.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institute is better than any AMEN institutes. You get a library, sports campus and Wi-Fi facilities. The medical facility is not available in the college campus. It is far away from the college. You will get hostel facility. The canteen is available, but it is not too good. You will get only little choices there.
Faculty: The instructors are knowledgeable and are masters of their stream. They are too familiar with the student. Either theory or practical, in both the era, they have a broadway of experience and knowledge.
