MAH MCA CET scores have provided the latest cutoff details of MCA admissions at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering. The GOPENS has its cutoff percentile ranging from 95.29 to 98.5 per cent. However, it is unclear as to what specific ranks are considered in admissions to MCA courses. Presently, for BTech courses, the MHT CET percentage for the general category is 98.5 percentiles in Information Technology and 95.29 percentiles in Civil Engineering The institute also looks for candidates who have appeared for exams JEE Mains. The candidates who want to be admitted to MCA courses must be within the eligibility standards, which include passing the graduation degree with mathematics as one of the subjects and scoring in the MAH MCA CET test. 

The admission criteria for M.Tech in Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Design is based on one's performance of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent in the relevant specialisation with a 50% mark I score. For backward-class category candidates minimum percentage is 45%. Candidates also must possess a Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score. It also has the provision of admitting the candidate having a valid score in the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. For candidates who have not appeared in GATE or PGCET, it is compulsory to secure at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination.

The requirements for admission to the B.Tech programme at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering are that the applicant must have cleared this 10+2 examination and he/she should have passed Physics and Mathematics and anyone of the elective subjects that are chemistry/ bio-technology/ biology/technical vocational subjects. Candidates are required to have passed the above-mentioned subjects in aggregate of a minimum of 50% marks. For backward class category candidates, it is even as low as 45% passing percentage. Candidates also have to appear for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. This institute also considered an acceptable score in JEE Main with a percentile of 50%.
