There you will find link for registration of candidates who are seeking lateral admission into second year of four year degree course. Based on your marks of Diploma, you will get seat in college. Yes you will be eligible to seek admission in lateral mode in petrochemical or chemical engineering. However I would like to advise you to visit the webpage of the directorate of technical education of your state where you will find all this information in authentic manner. There is a table on the website which will tell you as to for a particular branch of engineering graduation which all different branches in Diploma are eligible. Best wishes to you.

Admission into B Tech Plastic Technology at Chennai is through single window counseling conducted by TNEA. ( Formerly by Anna university ). Cutoff for general category is usually 170 and 150 - 130 for reserved candidates. (This is according to 2020 trends). The College is located at the heart of the city. TVK Industrial estate to be exact. Both boys and girls hostels are Multi storeyed AC type. Connected to all means of transport. 5 minds from airport. 2-3 minds from Ekkathuthangal Metro station.
