Frankly speaking plastic engineering and nano Science and technology are quite different fields from each other. Plastic engineering exists since many years but on the other hand nanosciences is the most recent and upcoming field of studies. As a result of this, I feel that this subject has a great potential in the future. Hence, my sincere advise or recommendation to you would be to go for nanoscience and technology. Best wishes to you.
