Hello Fresh, normally speaking college students are not debarred from carrying their mobiles into the classroom but are expected to keep it in silent mode. There are 2 modes of admission - Merit or Direct and Entrance exam. Candidates who have not graduated from the University of Delhi, have to apply through Entrance mode. Admission is based on the marks obtained in the entrance test or marks obtained in graduation depending on the mode of admission.
BA / BA (Hons) marks obtained 60% required for admission.
If you are a Graduate in B.A. honors Political Science from the University of Delhi, then you can take admission based on merit. But if you are not an honors graduate then you will have to give entrance to take admission in the Master's program at Delhi University.
