Polymer Technology Scope

Generally, the eligibility criteria for M.Tech in Polymer Engineering- B.E. Or B.Tech. In Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Petroleum Engineering, Textile, Polymer Technology or M.Sc. In Chemistry and Physics with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

Polymer engineering is a better option. Graduate professionals can seek employment in various industries such as computing, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, IT, aerospace, automotive as well as the rubber and plastic industries. In the public sector, polymer technologists, scientists and engineers can seek employment opportunities in the natural gas and petroleum sectors, such as in oil and natural gas commission (ONGC), engineering plants, petrochemicals and so on.
