As you have passed class 10th, I would suggest you to prepare for Polytechnic, if you want to go ahead with Technical Stream, it is better than Polytechnic. Hope you got your answer.

I am also a diploma holder in ECE of 2009-2012 batch from Guru Nanak Dev Co-Ed Polytechnic, Delhi. I am a mediocre person im studies.
So, when I was in your situation (what to do after completion of diploma), I did the following:
Gave interviews (both on campus & off campus), and failed miserably as they were not core EC companies and I was not prepared for this.

Your query is a little cryptic one. If you had written in details, it would have been better answered then. Of course, I will still try to answer, as the way I have understood your query. Perhaps what you are saying is that, after completing your 3 years of study in a Polytechnic College doing Diploma in mechanical engineering you are no more interested in further studies, but is looking for jobs. Right? If this is so it is okay. There are plenty of Jobs available for Diploma holders in mechanical engineering. Indian industry is already showing signs of revival and is hiring in good numbers.
