Hello Goldi!No, you cannot pursue an MD in Radio Diagnosis via Bihar Polytechnic. To pursue an MD in Radio Diagnosis you need a graduation in Radio Diagnosis. Since Bihar Polytechnic only offers a Diploma, it will not be possible for you to get admission to MD in Radio Diagnosis.
