The Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a centrally sponsored programme, aims to work with 300-plus state universities and its affiliated colleges to raise the bar of campus life. Launched in 2013, the RUSA aims at providing strategic funding to eligible state higher educational institutions. The central funding (in the ratio of 60:40 for general category states, 90:10 for special category states and 100% for union territories) is based on norms and is outcome dependent. If edit option is not available, then you have only one option. You should write a mail to the concerned authorities mentioning all your details like name, registration number, mobile number, mistake which you have done etc. They will revert back to you ASAP.

I think Chandigarh University is the best option, but if you want to migrate, it is possible. You just need to consult regarding the same with the academic head of the institute which you desire to join.

Hello,
Firstly, note the given transaction number and then call the college. Ask them whether they have received the amount and also ask for your application number. If they have not received the amount, you need to immediately contact your bank for the refund and pay the same fees on college website again for the registration. Hope this helps.
