I don't understand in what sense you are asking, but obviously the Indian advertising industry always follow the ethical protocols for advertising the product or services. Sometimes the industry breaks the rules, but again a number of authorities are there, who always check the standards of ads. So we can say that Indian advertising industry is really ethical and following the code of ethics for the same.

When it comes about being worth, distance education has limitations because it is after all an option opted not by those who are all available to do the regular studies.
