I don't think they support lateral entry, still if you want a definitive answer, contact Chandigarh JAC, since they are ones taking care of admissions in PEC and other colleges in Chandigarh.

As there is a high cut-off for the CSE branch in PEC, but under your said score and category you may have a chance to get admission there.

Hello Nitika Rathore, PEC normally allows only those students to seek admission who have cleared JEE Mains exam. Recently after results were announced by NTA of JEE Mains, JoSAA has announced cutoffs for each category of students. If your percentile is better than this then only you can seek admission in PEC.
