The institute employs over 1,000 individuals as faculty and staff, and students can find full-time and part-time jobs at Pratt on the Work at Pratt website. However, students cannot work at Pratt beyond 20 hours a week so that it does not conflict with their studies. Some available on-campus positions are posted on the Student Employment website, but not all. Students are recommended to enquire directly with Pratt offices and departments. Pratt also offers a student employment programme that allows students on-campus employment opportunities.
