Director General of Health Services of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of India conducts admission process for all the medical colleges which are run or controlled by all the deemed universities across India in a centralised fashion. Program Institute of Medical sciences is also a medical college that is controlled or run by the famous programme deemed to be university. Hello Nishar Ahmed, yes indeed. Program Institute of Medical sciences except NEET score for giving admissions to students for MBBS course. As a matter of fact all Medical colleges in India respective of the category to which they belong like government medical colleges, private medical colleges, Medical College of the armed forces, medical colleges of the deemed to be universities or even private universities, these all are mandated by law to give admission in their medical colleges exclusively on the basis of score obtained in nationality exam called NEET.
