Im assuming your asking about the Undergraduate (UG) programs, and not Masters (Post-Graduate, PG). You can apply with 80 for General Category students. That was the case till as recently as 2017. You can check the Website for any changes.

The total fee of Presidency College, Bangalore is around Rs. 3,65,000. First year, Rs.1,95,000 and for the second year, Rs.1,70,000.

You must select Presidency. It is really good but I want to clear you that both the colleges are good and you have to select as per your requirement and interest.

You have a good percentile but you have to immediately check out as probably by now, colleges would have started taking admission. So, please check out as soon as possible
