Welingkar Bangalore and Christ Bangalore are decent college wher eyou may have chances, BITS pilani has higher cutoff, Welingkar Mumbai goes above 80percentile.

No, cut-off as such. The selection is profile based. Anything around 75-80 percentile would provide you a good chance if backed by a good profile.

It is applicable if you apply for All India Seats. Check the PGDM form and keep checking DTE website for CAP forms.

I am doing MMS from Welingkar. But, everything barring fees remains the same for the courses whether it is faculty, facilities, placements etc. So considering all that Welingkar allows you to grow and offers many opportunities for both the courses.

The selection of a student depends on his overall personality and profile that he carries. You might have the brightest of the marks and best of the experience , but if you're not able to portray the same in the interview your chances fall. You should be confident ( not over confident ) and prove what's there on your CV / profile .Also try to relate how this institute will help you make yourself a better person and how will it help you do things better than what you're at present.
