I will divide the answer in 2 parts, PGDM and MS:
MS cut offs are pretty high but at 96.93 you have a chance of admission AFTER the CAP rounds are over. Once the CAP rounds are over, all colleges come up with a list of vacant seats and Welingkar releases an advertisement in the leading newspapers inviting applications. You can apply then. Also there is a group on Facebook where all such MBA college details are shared which you should join. PGDM:
For PGDM, Welingkar has an exhaustive process which includes a psychometric test, GD and a PI. The scores of these determine your admission. I know of people with 98 percentile not getting throug

Without any second thought I can say that ITM Business school Khargar is the best one out of the options asked in the question. It ranks higher, it has rich legacy, its alumni network is the strongest of them all, its selection criteria os the strictest of them all, its syllabi is most advanced out of them all and finally the placements which are the best of the lot. Yes, Pursing Hybrid PGDM from Welingkar is a good option but only for working professionals. Otherwise full-time courses are the only good choice in India. And there are no placements provided for Hybrid PGDM by any institute in India.

In 2016, there was no GDPI for the MMS course. We just had the CAP rounds, after which we had to get accepted into the designated college. However, GDPI was also required for PGDM courses, and PGDM was not offered through CAP. You must complete various forms. CET 2017 will mostly follow 2016; nonetheless, you should wait until the notification appears.
