PRIST University BSc admission are based on the applicant's merit in Class 12 and the availability of seats for their preferred specialisation. The first step in the admission process is to check that the aspirants fulfil the eligibility criteria specified by the university for BSc admissions. Eligible candidates can proceed to apply for the programme in online/offline mode. Online applications can be submitted through the university's official website. Offline application forms can be submitted by visiting the university campus or through post. Shortlisted candidates must report at the university campus for document verification. The final step in the admission process is to submit the BSc fee at PRIST.

PRIST provides scholarships and freeships to students enrolled in various UG and PG-level courses that it offers.
