Well, for admission through APL, you need to firstly give us your details as to which course you are doing presently, the cohort marks, and into which course you are applying. Once you fill up the APEL forms, then you will be called for an interview and it will be decided as to which level you can be given the admission.

Depends on you and the determination you show towards it!
But most probably you will get the Syntax of the language fairly quickly (1-2 months with no experience) assuming you have no experience with programming: You have to keep learning 2-3 hours per day 5 days per week.

Its C+ programming and not C+ programming!
C+ is a general-purpose programming language. It has imperative, object-oriented and generic programming features, while also providing facilities for low-level memory manipulation.

Following are some of the differences between C and C+. When compared to C+, C is a subset of C+. All valid C programs are valid C+ programs. C is a structural or procedural programming language, while C+ is an object oriented programming language. In C, Functions are the fundamental building blocks, while in C+, Objects are the fundamental building blocks. C doesn't have variable references, while C+ has variable references.
