Nowadays networking is having high opportunities. But, it also requires programming because a networking engineer has to design the protocols for networking. If you have an interest in networking then only go for it not by thinking that you can escape from programming if you go for networking.

Common programming languages used by network engineer are Python, Perl, C and Java. Fundamental programming skills are required and with increased career growth you should be well equipped with programming. Ideally if you are weak in coding you should try for something that you excel in. However, if you still want to pursue networking you can earn certifications like CCNA, MCSP, etc. You should also consider courses in software analysis and project management, no coding involved here.

You can also do short programming language courses and appear for industry recognised certifications to start career as a programmer. Job opportunities by this option will be lesser and to break in into good IT companies will be difficult.

There are a lot of options. As I see that you have completed HTML course, so in the same stream, you can go with PHP, JAVA Courses (JDBC, ODBC, SERVLETS), SQL, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, CSS, XHTML etc. So, you can choose any option among these.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.
