Hi Ruby,
Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
Please feel free to discuss more.
Wish You Luck!

If you want to make your career in Oracle DBA there are many Certifications in pipeline. I would like to suggest you that you must take hands on experience on Linux Operating System as System Administration and must know the deployment of database on Linux. Due to security reason most of the servers are now a days running on Linux only. Between all three mentioned, I'll advice to go for Java. Among these java captures major market share. Due to its open source attribute most companies invest in Java for their application development. Also java has some unique features which keeps it at upper hand over other two. But yes going towards learning curve, Java requires more time to get proficiency. But in end you will enjoy upper hand after learning Java.
Best of Luck.!!
