R programming language isn't that hard,as you're thinking it's easy to learn and even it doesn't require the learner to study it for a very long time. You can learn it in a short duration of time. Apparently, R is simple and effective language, which is used for statistical analysis and graphical representation of data. Yes, you can do your degree after your Diploma, but you need to pass 10 +2 to enter graduation study which you can't do on diploma certificate at least not in Karnataka.

Hi,
There are popular universities for IT in NZ. An IELTS of 6 or higher is requires by most NZ universities. For students not meeting IELTS requirements but having a good academic profile universities may offer them foundation or esl programs. You should check university websites for requirements.
