If you don't have any previous knowledge of HTML, CSS & JS basic then it may take around one month (depending on your grasping ability) to learn the basic programming concepts. But you are already done with these so all these will take atleast 2-3 weeks, but you must have to passionate about the coding. Talking about PHP, it is a very vast language. I am into PHP development since 2017 and I still learn new things every day.

Let's C by Yashwant Kanetkar and programming in ANSI C by Balguruswamy are the best books to learn C language. But if you want to improve coding skills after learning it, solve puzzles as many as possible which are easily available online. It will help you to develop programming logic.
