Of course they are eligible. C+ and Java requires basics of Maths like say up to class 12th, not more than that. With practice in coding concepts are more solid.

Almost every language has enough potential for employment. Instead of me advising you, it's best that you interact with couple of such institutes in your city to know about whole system and then take a knowledgeable decision.
