You must have passed ITI Diploma or graduation or NCTVT in relevant fields
And you must have 6 months of working experience in relevant field
And for admission process if you are interested than you can apply directly to the college

Assuming you're asking this because you're not confident of your calculus skills, you've nothing to worry about. A computer can perform arithmetic and logical operations only. Any and all other computations can be emulated via programming.
