Keeping in mind your location check on the institutes that are there in your city which have E-MBA programme. Join the best of them. Alternately, you can check with some of the top 20 institutes on their E-MBA programme and register yourself for it. You can also look at part time MBA programs.

Hi,Good to know that you want to do further studies to enhance your current career. There are Diploma courses and Master's degree courses available for project management. Not sure, which state you belong to. Since you are working so you can do this course as distant learning, as lot of colleges offer distant learning. Google to check the colleges offering the course.

India is the best choice. Doing MS in Construction Management from abroad may sound fantastic, but on the ground reality it does not matter much. However, I would suggest you to do it from NICMAR (Hyderabad Pune) which is nationally known for project and construction management domain. They have very good placements which are proven.
