You have not mentioned which Institute you are interested. There are different Institutions in Mumbai offering this choice. Normally speaking, you will have to appear for one or the other entrance exam to get admission for MBA.

It's very nice to know that you have dreams of doing graduation after completing your diploma. There are many colleges in places you mentioned where you can realise your dream. In Gujrat, you can seek admission directly to 2nd year of engineering. Just score very good marks in your diploma. List of colleges is available on the web site.

To get into a good university you must take the GMAT and IELTS to meet English language requirements. Since you are a law graduate doing MBA in project management seems irrelevant so you must first know your career plans, why project management and why Australia? Universities will ask you these and you must be well prepared. All the best.
