Hi Akshay, since you have 1 year experience in IT engineering then you must go IT project management as IT management will give you a specialization in that particular field in which you had done before. Otherwise, both the streams are good. But according to my suggestion, IT management will push you in that direction in which you are already moving. Kindly up vote the answer if you feel satisfied.
