Entry requirements vary with college to college and level of programme. There could be several levels of Diplomas, UG or PG etc. As an international student take your IELTS or TOEFL. For academic score requirement, etc. you have to check the college website.

Hi Siddhesh,
You can check options in Australia and Canada. Also, consider Asian countries like China and Malaysia and then we have countries like Ireland, Finland, and Poland which can be cheap. You may also take up online courses if finance is the concern.
