First thing you are from a commerce background so you cannot pursue computer Science as a main course. You can study finance, business, accounts, etc. These areas have good scope everywhere. Know your own interests first. Your grades are very good, you should try to apply.
Education loans and scholarships are available. However, see that it's a good university abroad. Take help of some consultancy to guide or help you out. If current situation is difficult you can plan to study your Masters abroad.

There are education loans from Indian banks. The scholarship is possible but will depend on your profile and the university. Scholarships are on merit basis and no one can really predict. 85% is a very good percentile. If your overall application that is your SOP, Essay, recommendation letters, IELTS scores etc. Are very good then there is a chance. You should start checking university websites and learn about the admission requirements. More importantly is the deadline. If you are aiming for a scholarship submit the best application you could and before the deadlines. The more you delay the less chance will be for admission
