Based on academic curriculum, the teaching and the method of teaching is very high. You get to learn lots of stuff apart from book and do case studies etc. The faculties are well experienced with Ph.D graduates.

For TANCET, your rank should come under top 200 or less to get admission. The rank also varies based on the highest mark and score .

Yes, both are different and the fees, course etc. everything varies. In UT, you can do 2nd year in USA or else, you can stay back here and complete the course. The fees structure is very high for UT when compared to MBA in PSGIM.

Both are very good institutions but the fees is high in VIT when compared to PSGIM and it is up to your choice to decide as both are very good institutions.

Every college has its own unique feature, in case of PSGIM, the average CTC is 4.0L which is good so far and regarding teaching, it depends as there are many faculty members here. Every faculty has their own style of teaching.

In my opinion, both the colleges has some unique strength based on different aspects, when compared to fees, both the colleges are same, but PSGIM has international trip inclusive. Here, most of the PGDM students are having work experience with well experienced faculty. We also have outbound training center. The college is located in hub of Coimbatore.
The gates are open for you in PSGIM, after all it's your interest that matters. All the best.

As a student of TSM, my opinion is TSM is better than PSGIM.
TSM: Development Immersion Programme, Rural Immersion Programme, loaded with assignments so that you can easily manage corporate work, ethics and values are given importance. 2016 MHRD rating: 15th,Top B-Schools (All India) Hansa Research Survey: 51st.
PSG: More global exposure, choice-based credit system, experiential learning with games, unique pedagogy .Top B-Schools (All India) Hansa Research Survey: 43rd.
Whatever is the college's resources or ranking, you will have to sweat it out and efficiently utilize it.
Best of Luck! Make a wise selection and work consistently.
