yes you can get, but take TANCET to get into councillling quota where your fees will be very less.

mat cut off is 600 above , other state students can apply easily there are many students from other states , also they will appreciate for other state students coming here.

yes this college offers dual, it all depends upon your interst you can take any electives based upon your interest during 2nd year.

yes you can but you must crack GD, PI and final interview which will be conducted by the college after you apply .

The average package offered in PSGIM is around 5.5 Laks P.A with the highest package of 12Lak P.A( marketing). For others (HR, finance & operations )- 8 Lak
