Minimum eligibility for B.Tech is candidate must have passed HSC or 10+2 examination in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects. Admission to the B.Tech courses are based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the TNEA followed by counselling. Thank you.

Then, cut off will be will be calculated based on your marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry out of 200. And then, TNEA 2018 cut off marks will be released only when the application scrutiny process completes for all applied applicants.
