No, JEE marks are accepted. Students can join PSG through counseling conducted by Anna University. You should apply for counseling and by rank, you can join PSG. Also, there are management seats in PSG. You can visit the college admission office and enquire about the department and fees structure and donation. Without donation, you can't get admission. By management seat, outside Tamil Nadu, students can join PSG

Yes, it is. PSG is one of the prestigious colleges in Coimbatore. The placements at PSG College of Arts and Science is a little less. Sometimes, we need to attend interviews held in other colleges for placements. For science, you need to give it a 2nd though.

There are vastly different dynamics at play when one wishes to change engineering college midway after beginning of the course. It's at least possible where management is same in both the colleges. Else the college that you want to leave will put in as many obstacles as possible since that college will be loosing a paying student.
