It is well known for its infrastructure and faculty members. The facilities provided by them are very good. They mostly have on hands experience and work in the labs with great equipment and technology.
There are many local and foreign companies that visit the campus for the placement, but due to the competition, less number of students who get placed in the foreign companies and are able to go abroad.

PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, is one of the reputed colleges under Anna University affiliated colleges. Among engineering colleges in India, PSG College of Technology ranked 13th by India Today in 2017, by Outlook India in 2017and 33 by the National Institutional Ranking Framework, in 2017.
It is known for its mechanical branch due to the excellent infrastructure and faculty available.

Many companies will come to our college for biomedical colleges starting from 3 lakhs per annum to 24 lakhs per annum. Not only in IT companies, our students will also get a place in many core companies.
Placements in PSG tech are very good, the campus is visited by variety of companies from MNC to local companies the college first brings

Inside the labs, there will be uniforms and for classes you can wear formal shirts, pants, casual shirts, etc. You can also wear T-shirts but only collared. T-shirts with nothing printed are only allowed. The jeans should also be neat. Torn ones, faded jeans, etc. are not allowed.

Production engineering has a good scope as he said above . since he didn't tell about production engineering at PSG, I may tell you about it.
It is good that you have opted for PSG as it has its own industry so that there is no other better option than PSG.

The admission into PSG and other affiliated colleges under Anna university is based on your caste also. So if you mention that then I may tell your possibilities of getting a seat at PSG.
However, if you belong to general category or BC category, it is difficult to get a seat.

You can get admission into PSG tech Coimbatore by management quota if you don't want to come under counselling. You need to clear an entrance exam if any and your fee structure will be too high as compared to those who come under government quota counselling.
