The total tuition fee for MCA is INR 35,000 as per an unofficial source. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

The selection to MCA is based on TANCET score. The Government Quota seats are filled through TANCET while Management Quota seats are filled through Consortium self-finance colleges. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. MCA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. PSNA College of Engineering and Technology offers MCA at the PG level in affiliation with Anna University. Candidates must pass bachelor's degree (BCA/ BSc -CS/ IT) with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) to apply for the MCA course.

Admission to BTech and BE courses do not require any entrance exam score. Candidates will be required to come for TNEA Counselling based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. 65% of seats are for Government Quota under Single Window System. 35% of seats will be filled by the College under Management Quota through Consortium.  Aspirants are shortlisted based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. The shortlisted candidates need to come for TNEA Counselling for final selection. candidates who have completed Class 12 with 50% each in Physics and Chemistry and 100% in Mathematics are eligible to apply for BTech and BE courses.
