Industrial psychology has to do with human behaviour in the workplace. Watching it. Studying it. Experimenting with it. Controlling with it.
It generally draws on social psychology, and can be considered a limited form of it. It is the part of social psychology that appears in the workplace or is related to professional life, but not outside of it.
Considering that most of us spend about a third of our lives in the workplace.

Yes, you can but you have to pursue B.Sc in clinical psychology and then M.Sc in clinical psychology and then PhD in clinical psychology.

Yes, it is possible to become a psychologist in India, without Bachelors degree in psychology. You could do a Masters in psychology from distance education universities. I recommend IGNOU. They have a good MA Psychology course with specialisation in Clinical, Counselling and Industrial Psychology.

Hi Anshika, Maintain good academic grades and also take part in extra curricular activities, project work, etc. Take the SAT to study in US.You must also take the TOEFL or IELTS. Research more by visiting university websites and understand the admission requirements, the requirements are different from university to university. Prepare accordingly.
