Admissions in this college are through online portal of DU. It's based on marks of 12th and no entrance exam is conducted. My answer is not on behalf or for the university in the question but there is one thing common to all as a rule, you can do a postgraduation in a subject that you have studied in graduation. However, it is not applicable in mass communication subject (PG).
For psychology and even literature, it is applicable.
Hence I shall say that mass communication or journalism is possible.

Yes, you are definitely eligible for M.Sc psychology. It is not necessary that you have to do B.Sc in psychology to do M.Sc in Psychology.
